Vanessa Montoya is an experienced and passionate people and team leader with a background in manufacturing medical devices and working within the additive manufacturing world of Metals and Polymers. Baxa/Baxter was her first stop, where she earned her medical device "Quality Hat," leading a team to reach and attain patient/customer expectations in an ISO 13485 environment. Her next stop was the world of additive manufacturing, working with 3D Systems. While at 3DS, she developed multiple production-specific and maintenance teams and processes to help scale a fast-growing business. She has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and takes pride in having a continuous improvement mindset. Vanessa is committed to Canopy's future success and growth in the AM universe.
